Accommodation is over two floors and includes an open-plan kitchen and dining room, sitting room, library, utility room, a master kingsize bedroom and en-suite shower room, a further kingsize bedroom, a twin bedroom and en-suite shower room (can be a super kingsize on request), and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and roll-top bath.
Outdoors:
A gravel drive provides parking for up to 3 vehicles. The cottage enjoys a large enclosed garden, with a patio equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining, and a private 6-seater hot tub in a sunny spot.

Take the B1150 (Norwich Road) towards Horstead and Coltishall. Continue on the B1150 through Coltishall to stay on the B1150 (North Walsham Road). Continue for 2.4 miles, travelling through Scottow, passing the lay-by on your left, and take the first right hand turn signposted "Byway to Sloley" (just before North Walsham Rugby Club). Continue for 1.4 miles, crossing the railway line. After crossing the railway line take the first left (signposted to Worstead). Pass two white lodges on your right hand side. The next right-hand turn is the entrance to Worstead Park. Continue into the park, along Lime Tree Avenue and the drive until you see a white cottage on your left hand side. Parking for Estate Cottage is through the white gates on the gravel drive.

Take the A149 (North Walsham/Cromer Road) to North Walsham. At the traffic lights turn right and continue straight on the A149. After approximately 3.5 miles turn right onto Honing Road (signposted to Worstead). Continue to the centre of the village, crossing over to pass in front of the church and continue south along the one way street. Continue straight into open countryside away from the village. After approximately 0.7 miles the entrance to Worstead Park will be on your left hand side (opposite Squirrel Wood Equestrian Centre). Continue into the park, along Lime Tree Avenue and the drive until you see a white cottage on your left hand side. Parking for Estate Cottage is through the white gates on the gravel drive.
Arrival Information
Check-in is from 4.00pm on your day of arrival. The keys for Estate Cottage will be located in the lockbox on the wall inside the cart shed. The key safe access code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.
Departure Information
Check-out is before 10.00am on your day of departure. Please return the cottage keys to the key-safe.
Please ensure that you leave the property as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition with furniture and fittings returned to their original positions. Please remove all food from the cupboards and fridge before you leave and ensure all dishes are washed and put away. Please place all waste in the general and recycling wheelie bins provided.

Bar:
We accept both card and cash across the bar in the evening.
Taxis:
We recommend guests book their taxis for 11:45pm. The bar and music finishes at 11:30pm and due to licensing, we require all guests to have left quietly, by midnight.
