Rooms:
A large hall with its sweeping staircase welcomes you on arrival, with doors to a formal dining room (seats 12), sitting room and sunroom beyond. The country kitchen is open plan to a comfortable breakfast area (seats 8), which in turn leads out to the rear garden area with its private hot tub. On the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms, a single bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one of which can be a super-kingsize on request) and a family bathroom. On the second floor are a further kingsize bedroom, two twin bedrooms (one of which can be a super-kingsize on request), and a shower room.
Outdoors:
A gravel drive to the front and rear provides parking for up to 6 vehicles. Holly House enjoys a large private garden, with a south-facing lawn, outdoor dining area and BBQ for al fresco dining. A secluded area to the rear of the house is home to the private 8-seater hot tub.

Take the A1151 (Wroxham Road) to Wroxham, passing through Rackheath and Wroxham centre, over the bridge. Continue on the A1151 through Hoveton and out into open countryside. After approximately 2.0 miles you will pass a church on your right hand side. After a short distance take the slip-road on your left, running onto Hall Road. Continue along Hall Road for 0.9 miles. Turn left onto Knowles Lane, just before the church, and the entrance to Holly House will be immediately on your right hand side.

Take the A149 (North Walsham/Cromer Road) to North Walsham. At the traffic lights turn right and continue straight on the A149. Continue for approximately 5 miles, passing through Dilham and the village of Smallburgh. After The Crown Inn, take the first right turn onto Hall Road (signposted Smallburgh Hall). Pass the church on your left, and turn right onto Knowles Lane. The entrance to Holly House will be immediately on your right hand side.
Arrival Information
Check-in is from 4.00pm on your day of arrival. The keys for Holly House will be located in the lockbox on the side of the house, next to the conservatory doors. The key safe access code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.
Departure Information
Check-out is before 10.00am on your day of departure. Please return the house keys to the key-safe.
Please ensure that you leave the property as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition with furniture and fittings returned to their original positions. Please remove all food from the cupboards and fridge before you leave and ensure all dishes are washed and put away. Please place all waste in the general and recycling wheelie bins provided.

Getting to Worstead Park
Distance: 4.6km | Travel time: 10 minutes
Exit onto Knowles Lane, turning right and continuing for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto Workhouse Road and continue to the end. Turn left onto Union Road and continue for 1.4 miles, passing through Anchor Street. Turn right onto Sloley Road (signposted Worstead). Continue for 0.7 miles, passing two white gatehouses on your right hand side. The next right-hand turn is the entrance to Worstead Park (opposite Squirrel Wood Equestrian Centre). Continue along the drive into Worstead Park, passing through the electric gate and along Lime Tree Avenue. Follow signs for the Visitor Car Park. Once parked, a woodland path leads you from the car park to The Woodyard.
Useful Information
Bar:
We accept both card and cash across the bar in the evening.
Taxis:
We recommend guests book their taxis for 11:45pm. The bar and music finishes at 11:30pm and due to licensing, we require all guests to have left quietly, by midnight.
