VisitEngland 5 Star Award

Worstead Estate is delighted with the recent assessment by VisitEngland of our self-catering holiday accommodation. The estate was awarded 5 star for Holly House, Estate Cottage and Gatehouse North, and 4 star for New Lane Cottage owing to its smaller cosy size. All four properties also gained the Gold Award, which celebrates establishments which go the extra mile to offer exceptional quality in all areas.

The estate will be assessed annually, and we are excited to share our future plans for each of our properties with VisitEngland as they develop. We are currently putting the finishing touches to the walled garden at Holly House, which will provide guests with a new private hot tub and a refurbished greenhouse, complete with undercover dining and a handy drinks fridge!

The report read:

“These extremely well presented properties have been finished to a high standard. The team are clearly passionate about the properties and their continual hard work and investment will maintain the extremely high standards, the “wow” factor, and ensure guests have an amazing stay.

All four properties have many original features making them individual in style and character. Located around the estate guests can expect a peaceful countryside break whilst enjoying all Worstead Estate and surrounding areas have to offer.”
