This cosy cottage is immaculately presented with a number of period features such as exposed beams, brick tiled flooring & an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. The cottage is well appointed with a log burner for the colder months and ideally located for exploring the Norfolk countryside and Broads National park.

The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for families with young childern. Opposite is a country pub, whilst Dilham Staithe and the Broads National park is a few minutes walk, ideal to drop your paddle board or kayak on the broads.

Arrival Information
Check-in is from 4.00pm on your day of arrival. The keys for Oak Cottage will be located in the lockbox by the back door. The key safe access code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.
Departure Information
Check-out is before 10.00am on your day of departure. Please return the cottage keys to the key-safe.
Please ensure that you leave the property as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition with furniture and fittings returned to their original positions. Please remove all food from the cupboards and fridge before you leave and ensure all dishes are washed and put away. Please place all waste in the general and recycling wheelie bins provided.

Getting to The Woodyard
Distance: 2.9miles | Travel time: 8 minutes
From the gravel parking area at Oak Cottage, turn right to head West along The Street in Dilham to the A149. Turn left and head South, before turning right at the bottom of the hill onto Union Road, where you will see a brown sing for ‘The Woodyard’. Head West for 2 miles, before turning right to head North on High St through Sloley. There will be another ‘The Woodyard’ sign directing you. IN less than a mile you will find the entrance to Worstead Park on your right hand side. Pass through the electric gate and along Lime Tree Avenue. Follow signs for the Visitor Car Park. Once parked, a woodland path leads you from the car park to The Woodyard.
Useful Information
Bar:
We accept both card and cash across the bar in the evening.
Taxis:
We recommend guests book their taxis for 11:45pm. The bar and music finishes at 11:30pm and due to licensing, we require all guests to have left quietly, by midnight.
