Competition: Win a Romantic Retreat in New Lane Cottage
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and have a valid postal address.
The competition excludes employees of Worstead Farms Ltd T/A Worstead Estate and their immediate families, any agencies involved with the promotion and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
Internet access is required: no postal entries accepted.
The closing date for entries is 31st August 2023.
No purchase is necessary.
Competition entries will only be accepted at www.worsteadestate.com. Only one entry per person is permitted.
By providing your email address you are entering into this competition and agreeing to receive marketing emails from Worstead Estate. You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails at any time.
The winner will be drawn at random, based on active email subscribers that signed up and remain active on the date of the draw. The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied within the entry form. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Worstead Estate of any changes in contact information.
Worstead Estate accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery due to a computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. Worstead Estate is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by the entrant.
Entrants consent to Worstead Estate’s use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of the draw and for the sending and receiving of marketing content from Worstead Estate. Information collected from entrants is subject to Worstead Estate’s privacy policy.
The offer is subject to availability and limited to one mid-week stay for a duration of two or three nights in New Lane Cottage between 1st October 2023 and 1st April 2024. Arrival is from 4pm on a Monday and departure is by 10am on either the Thursday or Friday. Accommodation is self-catering. Worstead Estate’s holiday booking terms and conditions apply.
The winner will be invited to book a private viewing of The Woodyard (wedding venue) to be attended during their stay in New Lane Cottage. This offer is subject to availability.
There is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
Worstead Estate reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice should the promotion be affected by circumstances outside Worstead Estate’s control.
To the fullest extent permissible by law Worstead Estate shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the competition. Worstead Estate does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the competition and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. Worstead Estate will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.
Worstead Estate reserves the right to refuse an entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Worstead Estate’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner, as a condition of receiving the prize, may be required to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Worstead Estate.
